PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
An organization will achieve its objectivesmaximally when there are good performances of their employees. Moreover, in order to have those performances, there must be structured and effective instruction. As a consequence, the organization is determined to be consistent in developing and improving their members’ performance. This research aimed to find out the effect of working motivation, working discipline, and leadership style on employees’ performance. While, the population was employees of PT. Tagaya Florindo International Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with, there were 53 employees as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The testing result showed working motivation, .working discipline, and leadership style were properly used to predict employees’ performance. The R square was about 0.546. It meant, among variables, had contributed collaboratively on the fluctuation of employees’ performance for about 54.6%. In addition, the research result concluded that working motivation, working discipline, and leadership partially had a positive effect and significant on employees’ performance. In other words, the better the working motivation, working discipline, and leadership style was. The increase the employees’ performance would be.
