PENGARUH INFLASI, KURS RUPIAH DAN SUKU BUNGA SERTIFIKAT BANK INDONESIA TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015 – 2019)

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rate certificate of Bank of Indonesia on Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). While, the research was quantitative with secondary data. Moreover, the population was 63 Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on IDX 2015 – 2019. Furthermore, the collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 26 companies as sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression.
According to the research result, it concluded inflation had negative but insignificant effect on CPSI. On the other hand, exchange rate had positive and significant effect on CSPI. In contrast, interest rate certificate of BI had negative and significant effect on CSPI.
