AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA PRODAMAS PEMERINTAH KOTA (POCANAN, KOTA KEDIRI, JAWA TIMUR)

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the form of fund management of Society Empowerment Facilitation Program such as planning, implemention, and monitoring and responsibility, second is to find out the form of accountability and the supervision of Prodamas fund management. This research is qualitative with descriptive approach that focuses on the understanding and perception of the research to observe the problem occur in the society and to achieve solution based on the data which has been obtained. The data collection method has been done by using observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the research which has been done related with the accountability of Prodamas fund management, it obtains that their government of Pocanan district has been implemented the accountability principle in the prodamas fund management, from the administration side there is SPJ with notes or receipts and from the physical side with the news handover of goods produced by Prodamas to each RT. The implementation of Prodamas fund management supervision system at Pocanan district has been running well. It can be seen with the direct supervision which has been conducted by City Inspectorate in doing its duty and responsibility and in order to achieve the government implementation of good governance.
