PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, corporate growth, profitability and company size on company value in food and beverages companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2016. The type of data that used in this research is secondary data. From the population of 20 companies, obtained of 14 companies as a sample during a period of 4 years that taken with purposive sampling method. The method of analysis of this research using multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS version 23tools. The result of the research shows that capital structure, company growth, profitability and company size has influence to the company value. Capital structure does not influenced the company value, the company's growth negatively influenced the company value, profitability has a positive influence on the company value and the company size does not influenced the company value. Companies should pay more attention to capital structure, company growth, profitability and company size so as to increase stock prices and impact on the company value in the eyes of the investors.
