PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and solvency on company value. Profitability is measured by Return On Assets, liquidity is measured by the Current Ratio, and Solvency is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling process uses a purposive sampling method, namely selecting samples using predetermined criteria. Based on the purposive sampling method, 31 samples were obtained from 83 existing populations. Research data was taken for 4 years, namely 2019-2022, so that 124 data were processed. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the research show that profitability has a positive effect on company value, meaning that profitability has a high value so that it can provide large profits and returns to shareholders and liquidity has a negative effect on company value. meaning that liquidity cannot fulfill its obligations, then the company can be said to be in an illiquid state. Meanwhile, solvency has no influence on company value, meaning that solvency has several causal factors such as interest rates, economic growth, inflation and stock price index.
