Abstract

The role of information technology is crucial for the company in facilitating business process maintenance and decision-making. How the accounting information system for RF Car Variation acquires effective and efficient financial statements; reflects how crucial the role is. In other words, the business process and decision-making will be better if the company has a good information technology system. Moreover, the accounting information system is designed to collect and present financial statements. As a consequence, both the accountant and owner can make correct decisions from that kind of system. This research aimed to develop an accounting information system and computer digital to have companies competitiveness in the industry revolution of 4.0. As an outcome, the application program was made. Furthermore, the research was qualitative with case study and field. To acquire the company to have quick and accountable financial statements, the accounting information system was analyzed and designed based on the company’s needs.
