PENGARUH FLYPAPER EFFECT PAD, DAU, DAN DBH TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH PADA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and examine the effect of Flypaper Effect of Local-owned Source Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Profit-Sharing Fund on Regional Expenditure in districts/cities of East Java province. The population was districts/cities of East Java province. Moreover, there were 38 districts/cities as the sample. The data were secondary, in the form of a Realization Report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. It was taken from www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id and collected during 2019-2022. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result concluded that Local-owned Source Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Profit-Sharing Fund had a positive and significant effect on Regional Expenditure. It proved there had been a phenomenon of the Flypaper Effect within Local Government response on the Regional Expenditure in districts/cities of East Java province during 2019-2022.
