PENGARUH KECUKUPAN MODAL, KREDIT BERMASALAH, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP PENYALURAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT

Abstract

In order to have good management that has collected funds and maintained the public trust, the banking sector is obliged to keep the performance optimal and make sure the financial health is in good condition, suited to the existed requirement by the Bank of Indonesia. This research aimed to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Return on Assets (ROA) on the Distribution of Micro Credit Programs, Moreover, the research was quantitative. The population was all banking companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2022 which consisted of 46 companies. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In the line with that, there were 35 companies fulfilled the criteria as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS 25 versions. The result concluded that Capital Adequacy Ratio had a positive effect on the credit distribution. On the other hand, Non-Performing Loan had a negative effect on the credit distribution. In contrast, Return on Assets had a positive effect on the credit distribution at Banking companies listed on IDX during 2020-2022.
