PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the firm value of Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019 - 2021. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 72 Food and Beverages companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019 - 2021. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line that, there were 25 companies as the sample. Furthermore, the data were secondary, in the from financial statements and annual reports. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result concluded that dividend policy which was referred to as Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had a positive effect on firm value. Likewise, profitability which was referred to as Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on firm value. On the other hand, liquidity which was referred to Current Ratio (CR) did not affect firm value. Similarly, leverage which was referred to as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) did not affect firm value.
