PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN HUTANG, CURRENT RATIO DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of debt policy, current ratio, and firm size on firm value. The population was Food and Beverage manufacturing companies that were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 21 samples of manufacturing companies during 2017-2020. Furthemore, the data were secondary that were taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research result conclueded that (1) debt policy had a significant effect on the firm value of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies, and had a positive coefficient which one-way interaction; (2) current ratio had a significant effect on firm value of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies and had a positive coefficient which one-way interaction; (3) Firm size had an insignificant effect on firm value of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies, yet had a positive coefficient which one-way interaction.
