Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect on Good Corporate Governance (GCG), liquidity, and firm size on the firm value. GCG was measured by independent commissioner board and institutional ownership, liquidity was measured by Current Ratio, firm size was measured by Log Natural Total Asset, and firm value was measured by Price to Book Value. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 12 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2021. In total, there were 48 observations. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result concluded that (1) independent commissioner board had a positive effect on firm value, (2) institutional ownership did not affect firm value, (3) Current Ratio had a positive effect on firm value, and (4) firm size did not affect firm value.
