PENGARUH GROWTH OPPORTUNITY, PROFITABILITAS DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine some factors which affected the firm value of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2022. The factors were Growth Opportunity which was measured by GROWTH, profitability which was measured by Return On Equity (ROE), and capital structure which was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was Property and Real Estate companies. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 68 samples from 17 Property and Real Estate companies. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result concluded that Growth Opportunity had a positive effect on firm value. However, the profitability did not affect firm value. Likewise, the capital structure did not affect the firm value of Property and Real Estate companies.
