PENGARUH PERPUTARAN KAS, PERPUTARAN PERSEDIAAN DAN PERPUTARAN PIUTANG TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of cash turnover, supply turnover, and debt turnover on the profitability of the Industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables of Cash Flow were calculated by Cash Turnover Ratio (CTR), Supply Flow was calculated by Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR), Account Receivable Turnover was calculated by Receivable Turnover Ratio (RTR), and profitability was calculated by Return On Asset (ROA). The population was the Industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. Moreover, the data were secondary. The data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique. In line with that, there were 16 companies as samples. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 version. The result indicated that cash flow affected the profitability of the Industry sector companies listed on the IDX during 2017-2021. Likewise, the supply flow affected of the of the Industry sector companies listed on the IDX during 2017-2021. Similarly, account receivable turnover affected the profitability of the Industry sector companies listed on the IDX during 2017-2021.
