PENGARUH PERMODALAN DAN DANA PIHAK KETIGA (DPK) TERHADAP JUMLAH PENYALURAN KREDIT (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2020-2021)

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of capital and third-party funds on the amount of credit disbursement at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2021. The capital was proxy with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the third party funds were proxy with the third party funds, and the amount of credit disbursement was proxy with the amount of credit.The research was quantitative with the comparative causal as the approach. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling i.e., a sample selection with certain criteria. In line with that, there were 94 samples from 47 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions. The result showed that capital (CAR) had a positive and significant effect on the amount of credit disbursement. It meant, the higher the capital produced by Indonesian banks was, the higher the bank’s financial ability in anticipating losses arising from lending activities as well as generating assets in the form of loans disbursed. Likewise, the third-party funds had a positive and significant effect on the amount of credit disbursement. This meant, the increase of third-party funds followed with the increase of credit disbursement to the society also.
