PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, DAN DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, and independent commissioner board on the firm value. Profitability was measured by Return On Equity, managerial ownership was measured by KM, independent commissioner board was measured by DeKI, and firm value was measured by PBV. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was banking companies that go public and became a classification group of G1-Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection used a purposive sampling method i.e., a sample selection with determined criteria. In line with that, there were 46 banking companies in 2020, and 47 banking companies in 2021 as the sample. Furthermore, the data were taken for 2 years (2020-2021). In total, there were 93 observation data. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 21 version. The result showed that Return On Equity (ROE) affected the firm value (PBV). On the other hand, both managerial ownership and independent commissioner board did not affect the firm value (PBV).
