AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA PADA DESA SIDOMULYO KECAMATAN PULE KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the accountability of Village Fund Management consisting of planning, implementation, and accountability at Sidomulyo Village, Kecamatan Pule, Trenggalek, East Java province. The research was descriptive-qualitative. Moreover, the data were both primary and secondary. The instrument in the data collection technique used interview, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data were taken from interviews and data collection, data simplifying and then drawing conclusions from the result of the interview and collected data. Additionally, the data validity used triangulation which compared answers from some sources at different times. Based on the result, it concluded that Village Fund Allocation Management had implemented the accountability principle. However, there were some problems with the organizer such as misdistribution building, incomplete documents, and unscheduled of APBDes Information Board Installation. Fortunately, the village government tried to implement the accountability principle in their Fund Management at Sidomulyo Village, Kecamatan Pule, Trenggalek, East Java province.
