PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of probability, liquidity, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value. The population was A1-Oil Gas & Coal which go-public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020-2021. Moreover, there were 67 samples of companies that took during 2020-2021. In total, there were 129 data samples. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The research was quantitative with secondary data. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Probability was measured by Return On Assets (ROA), liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR), leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and managerial ownership was measured by KM. while firm value was measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The result concluded probability had a positive and significant effect on firm value. On the other hand, liquidity did not affect firm value. Likewise, leverage did not affect firm value. Similarly, managerial ownershop did not affect firm value.
