PENGARUH AKUNTANBILITAS, TRANSPARANSI DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA PELAYANAN PUBLIK

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze which factors affected accountability, transparency, and supervision of the public services at Samsat Surabaya. It also analyzed whether Samsat’s services which were provided to the community ran well or not in the tax payments of motor vehicles, both 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaires that were distributed with a google form. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, the sample was public, consisting of 100 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with hypothesis tests. The result showed that accountability had a positive but insignificant effect of the public services at Samsat Surabaya. On the other hand, transparency had a positive and significant effect of the public services at Samsat Surabaya. Likewise, supervision had a positive and significant of the public services at Samsat Surabaya. In conclusion, the public services in Surabaya had been implemented according to the existing regulations.
