PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP RESPON INVESTOR

Abstract

Financial statements report is one important thing for investors candidates in order to find out the sales flow within companies, especially Property and Real Estate companies. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Liquidity on investors responses. The population was Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2021. Moreover, the independent variables were profitability,leverage, and liquidity. While the dependent variable was investors response which was measured by stock return. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling with 14 samples and 70 observations. The result concluded that: (a) Return On Asset(ROA) had a positive effect on investors response. It meant a higher ROA affected companies’ stoct request (b) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a positive effect on investors to increase financial perfomance in the longer term. As a consequence, the investments resulting in long-term growth could also increase; (c) Current Ratio had a postive effect on investors response. This meant companies risk failurr in paying the debts in the short tearm was shorter. This, the companies operations wont be affected.
