TINJAUAN TERHADAP LAPORAN KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH DALAM MENILAI KINERJA PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM DAN KEGIATAN

Abstract

This research aimed to understand and examine the implementation of program and government institution activities, using Value For Money. The research was descriptive-qualitative. Moreover, the population was the Cooperation and UKM Agency of East Java province. The instrument in the data collection technique used documentation and interview. Based on the performance measurement using Value For Money, it concluded that in 2019 due to economist assessment; all main indicators of Cooperation and UKM Agency of East Java province had been applied economically. Furthermore, according to the result of an efficient assessment, all main indicators had also been applied efficiently. In 2020, according to the result of the effectiveness assessment, all main indicators had been applied effectively indeed. In addition, the performance in 2020 due to economist assessment, showed that the main indicator had been implemented economically. While on the efficiency assessment, one of the two main indicators resulted efficiently. On the other hand, according to the effectiveness assessment, one of the two main indicators had less effective results. However, another indicator showed effectiveness. In brief, the development of performance measurement was needed; with some relevant performance indicators.
