PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS, TRANSPARANSI, DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN

Abstract

For some employees, managing finances becomes a daily routine.However, there are few of them have not known yet how good financial managementwithin the office is. There are some factors affecting office financial management.Therefore, this research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of accountability,transparency, and supervision on the financial management at the Education andYouth Sports (Dispenpora) office, Kecamatan Larantuka, East Flores. The research was quantitative. The population was regular employees whoworked at Dispenpora, Kecamatan Larantuka, East Flores. Moreover, the datacollection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based onthe criteria given. The data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument.The questionnaires were distributed to 69 respondents as the sample. Furthermore,the data analysis technique used SPSS 26. The result concluded that accountability had a positive effect on theoffice’s financial management. However, transparency did not affect the office'sfinancial management. While supervision had a positive effect on the office’sfinancial management. In other words, both accountability and supervision whichwere applied would make the office’s financial management better.
