PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value. Profitability was referred to as Return On Asset (ROA), liquidity was referred to as Current Ratio (CR), firm size was referred to as Logarithm Natural (Ln), and firm size was referred to as Price to Book Value (PBV). The research was quantitative. It focused on hypothesis tests along with mathematical and statistical formulas. Moreover, the data were secondary. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 89 samples from 16 Food and Beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 5 years (2017-2021). Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result concluded that profitability had a significantly positive effect on firm value. Liquidity did not effect on firm value. Firm size had a positive but insignificant effect on firm value.
