ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK MENGGUNAKAN RISK PROFILE, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, EARNINGS, AND CAPITAL

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the effect of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital (RGEC) on the healty level of a Bank. The examination components was risk profile with Net Performing Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Components of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), component of Earning value used Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM), furthermore, the components of capital value used Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) variable. The data collection technique used purposive sampling and based on the determined criteria it obtained 18 companies in the 2017-2020 periods, therefore the research observation was 76 observation data. Moreover, the research data analysis method used multiple linear regressions analysis to examine the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable with the instrument of SPSS 26 for windows. The result concluded that not all the independent samples had a significant effect on the healthy level. The variables of NPL, LDR, and CAR had a negative and significant effect on the healthy level of a Bank, meanwhile the variables of GCG and ROA did not have any significant effect on the bank healthy level, the NIM variable had a positive and significant on the bank healthy level.
