PENGARUH GOOD GOVERNANCE DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI SEKTOR PUBLIK

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the empirical evidence related to good governance and internal control on the performance of public sector organizations. Furthermore, this research was quantitative. The reseacrh data collection method used the survey method. Meanwhile, the research data used primary data through questionnaire distribution to the respondents, moreover, the research population used all the employees at One-Stop Integrated Service Unit (UPTSA) East Surabaya. In additions, the number of samples was 21 respondents obtained by total sampling method namely, the whole population used as research sample. On the other hand, the processed and research data analysis used multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS program 26 version. The research result concluded that: (1) Good Governance with the significance level was 0.019<0.05 stated that it had a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of the public sector, meant that good governance had a very important role in the organization governance to improve the performance of public sector organizations. (2) Internal control with the significance level was 0.000<0.05 stated that it had a positive and significant effect on the performance of public sector organizations, it meant that the internal control had a very important role in directing and supervising the organizational scope of the organization to runs by the vision and mission of public sector organizations.
