PENGARUH JUMLAH PINJAMAN, ANGSURAN PEMBAYARAN, SUKU BUNGA, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KINERJA NASABAH

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of the loan amount, payment installment, credit interest rate, and service quality on customers’ performance of KUR at the BRI branch of Demak, Surabaya. KUR is a program which is held by the Government and some State-owned Banks. Also, it becomes one of the main microcredit which is needed by the public since the program is used to give capital loan funds into Middle Small Business to develop its business. The research was causal-comparative, in which find out the similarities, differences, and comparison among independent variables with other variables. Moreover, the population was the BRI branch of Demak, Surabaya with 97 respondents. Furthermore, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument in data collection technique. Additionally, the data analysis technique used a descriptive test with multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The research result concluded as follows: (1) loan amount had a positive and significant effect on customers’ performance with significance of 0.030 < 0.05, (2) payment installment had a positive and significant effect on customers’ performance with significance of 0.003 < 0.05, (3) credit interest rate had a positive and significant effect on customers’ performance with significance of 0.027 < 0.05, and (4) service quality had an insignificant effect on customers’ satisfaction with significance of 0.193 > 0.05.
