PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of managerial ownership, frm size, and investment decision on the finn value. Furthermore, the research population used multi-industrial sector manufacturing companies and consumer goods industry which were listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample collection technique used purposive sampling i.e., a sample selection with determining criteria and it obtained 15 manufacturing companies during the 2017-2021 period. Moreover, the data used secondary data which were taken from Tire Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research result showed that as follows: (1) the managerial ownership had a significant ejfect on the finn value and a positive coefficient which indicated a unidirectional relationship. (2) the finn size had a significant ejfect on the finn value and a positive coeficient which indicated a unidirectional relationship. (3) the fnvesfmenf decision did not significantly ajfect the finn value but a positive coefficient which indicated a unidirectional relationship.
