PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DAN DANA ALOKASI UMUM TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL PADA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze economic growth, local-owned source revenue, and general allocation funds on Capital Expenditure of local governments of districs/cities in East Java Province 2018-2020. The research was quatitative. Moreover, the population was all districs/cities which consisted of 29 districs and 9 cities during 2018-2020. In total, there were 114 respondents as the sample. Futhermore, the research was quantitative. Additionally, the data were secondary, in the form of budget realization reports and presented within the Statistics Centre Service of the local government of districs/cities in East Java Province 2018-2020. The data analysis technique used multiple liniear regression. In addition, the research result concluded as follows: 1) Economic Growth had a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure ol local government of districs/cities in East Java Province, 2) Local-owned Source Revenue had a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure of local government of districs/cities in East Java Province, 3) General Allocation Funds had a positive but insignificant effect on Capital Expenditure of local government of districs/cities in East Java Province.
