PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity, total asset turnover, and net profit
margin on profit growth. The profit growth is a change in the increased percentage of profit level of the company.
Furthermore, the research population used property and real estate listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
during 4 years in the 2016-2019 period. This research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research technique used
to obtain the sample with purposive sampling method based on the determined criteria. The research sample
obtained 32 company samples with 128 observations. The research data analysis technique used multiple linier
regression analysis with SPSS program 26 version. On the other hand, the research result concluded that the
current ratio had a positive effect on the profit growth, total asset turn over did not effect the profit growth, and
net profit margin had a positive effect on the profit growth.
