Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity proxied by loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and investing policy
ratio (IPR). Asset quality is proxied by non-performing loans (NPL) and non-performing productive assets
(APB). Sensitivity is proxied by interest rate risk (IRR) on ROA. This type of research is a type of quantitative
research. The population used in this study and through the IDX website www.idx .co.id. Sampling in this
study was obtained using the purposive sampling method, which is a non-random sample whose information
was obtained using certain considerations. The results of this study indicate that the Loan To Deposit Ratio
(LDR) has a positive effect on return on assets, indicating that the first hypothesis can be accepted. Investing
Policy Ratio (IPR) has a positive effect on return on assets, indicating that the second hypothesis is acceptable.
Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a positive effect on return on assets, indicating that the third hypothesis can
be rejected. Non-performing productive assets (APB) have a positive effect on return on assets, indicating that
the fourth hypothesis can be rejected. Interest Rate Risk (IRR) has a positive effect on return on assets indicating
that the fifth hypothesis is acceptable.
