PENERAPAN PERATURAN MENTERI DALAM NEGERI TENTANG PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA DESA PEKARUNGAN SIDOARJO

Abstract

The village financial management includes planning, implementation, report and responsibility. This research
analysis observes the obedience of village funds management with Permendagri number 20 in 2018 related to the
village financial management located in Pekarungan village Sidoarjo district. Furthermore, this research aimed to
determine whether the implementation process of village financial management has been compiled according to the
Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 in 2018. This research used qualitative descriptives. Meanwhile,
the informant determination of this research used the purposive sampling technique. The research informant used
the head of village, secretary and treasury at Pekarungan village Sidoarjo district. Moreover, the data collection of
this research used interviews. The data analysis technique of this research used qualitative analysis. The research
result showed that the implementation of village financial management at Pekarungan village Sidoarjo district
included planning, implementation, administration, report, and responsibility by the Regulation of Ministry of
Home Affairs number 20 in 2018.
