ANALISIS VALUE FOR MONEY PADA BADAN PENGELOLA KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH

Abstract

This research was conducted at BPKAD, East Java province which is located at Johar street number 19-21
Surabaya. The research question was how economists, efficient, and effective of the financial performance of
BPKAD, East Java province with financial performance measurement of value for money. Moreover, it aimed to
find out the financial performance of BPKAD, East Java province with financial performance measurement of
value for money which was considered from its economists, efficient, and effective aspects. The research was
qualitative. Furthermore, the data were primary and secondary. Additionally, the instruments in data collection
technique used documentation and interviews. The documents were in the form of a budget realization report
during 2017- 2020. Meanwhile, the interview was conducted for the budget division. The research result concluded
that financial performance of BPKAD East Java province based on its economists aspect during 2017-2020 showed
that, on average with a percentage of 92%, was economists since it lowered under 100%. While, from its efficiency
aspect during 2017-2020 showed that, on average with a percentage of 99%, was efficient as it lowered under
100%. In addition, its effectiveness during 2017-2020 showed that, on average, a percentage of 104% was effective
since it was higher than 100%.
