This research used profitability which was measured with Return On Asset (ROA), Leverage was measured with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and liquidity was measured with Current Ratio (CR). The research result showed that profitability (ROA) had a positive effect on the stock price, it indicated that the higher of ROA value the higher company’s stock price would attract the investor's interest to invest in those companies. Leverage did not affect the stock price, it showed that investors didn’t see the DER value as the consideration in stock investment in a company. On the other hand, liquidity did not affect the stock price, it showed that CR did not affect the increase or decrease of the company’s stock.
