PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, LIKUIDITAS DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, anddividend policy on firm value of
Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020. The
profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER),
liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR), and dividend policy was measured by Dividend Payout Ratio
(DPR). The data used were secondary in the form of financial statements. The data collection technique used
purposive sampling with 30 companies as thepopulation. However, only 6 companies fulfilled the criteria as the
sample. Moreover, thedata analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The research result
concluded that profitability as well as leverage had a positive effect on firm value. On the other hand, both
liquidity and dividend policy did not affect firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020.
