Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of liquidity, solvability, and profitability on firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2020. While liquidity was measured by Current Ratio, solvability was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, and profitability was measured by Return On Assets. Meanwhile, firm value was measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data were secondary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling technique, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with that, there were 48 samples from 16 companies with a periode of 3 years (2018-2020). Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The research result concluded that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV). On the other hand, Current Ratio (CR) did not significant affect on firm value (PBV).
