FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH

Abstract

This research aimed to observe the effect of budget preparation,internal control, human resource competency and advantage of information technology on the performance of government employees at the nagekeo district regional apparatus organization. This research was quantitative. The analytical technique used in this research is spss. The research population used at 15 at nagekeo district regional apparatus organization. Meanwhile, the research sample used 100 respondents from 112 distributed questionnaires. Furthermore, the research sample used the purposive sampling technique i.e., criteria based on the researchers’ determination. This research used primary data in a questionnaire distributed to the 15 regional apparatus organizations in the nagekeo disctrict. The research result showed that the budget preparation had a negative effect on the performance of government employees,internal control has no effect on the performance of governmentemployees, while the humanresource competency had a positive effect on the performance of government employees, and the advantage of information technology had a positive effect on the performance of government employees.
