PENGARUH KINERJA LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTEVENING

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence  of the environment  on company  variables  with intervening  variables through financial reports and annual reports  of manufacturing companies listed  on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was obtained by using a purposive sampling method in manufacturing companies listed  on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012-2016 and based  on predetermined  criteria,  a sample  of 41 was obtained  with overall  data 205 in manufacturing  companies.  The analysis process used is path analysis. The results showed that the proxied environment (PROPER), which has a positive effect on performance,  was proxied by ROA and ROE as well as significant and indirect environmental performance on intervening variables.
