Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of accountability, motivation, working satisfaction, and internal control on organization performance of the Lokal Government Unit of Manggarai Barat district. The research was quantitative while the population was the Lokal Government Unit of Manggarai Barat district. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 96 respondents from 20 Local Government Units of Manggarai Barat district. Furthermore, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument which are distributed and filled out directly by respondents in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of West Manggarai Regency. Additionally,the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Productand Service Solution) 23. The research result concluded that accountability had a positive effect on organization performance. On the other hand, motivation did not affect organization performance. In contrast, working satisfaction had a positive effect on organization performance. Meanwhile, the internal control did not affect organization performance of the Local Government Unit of Manggarai Barat district.
