PENGARUH PENGAWASAN, AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI KEUANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Thus study aims to test the impact of the monitoring, the accountability, and the transparency toward the performance of the village apparatus organization of surabaya’s employees. The type of this study is quantitative. The type of the data are subjective (self-report data). The data are primary data which are collated after distributing the questionnaires to the respondents. This study applies the purposive sampling for collecting the samples. There are 140 respondents from 25 surabaya’s village apparatus organizations that become the samples of the study. The analysis of the study is the multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical product and service solution) version 20. The result of the study shows that the monitoring does not impact the employees performance. there is no development in their performance the accountability gives positive impacts to the employees performance, there is an accountability which is applied in the financial management that raise the whole performance. The transparancy gives positive impacts to the employees performance, there is an opennes in the local goverment in informing the activities of the local goverment financial management to the stakeholders.
