Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of accountability, transparency, and supervision on the publice service performance at Local government agencies Surabaya. This research was quantitative with a survey method and data collection used the questionnaire technique which were distributed directly to respondents, while the sample collection method of this research used the purposive sampling method i.e. sample collection based on certain criteria. Moreover, the sample used 96 respondents from 25 Local government agencies city of Surabaya. The analysis method of this research used multiple linear regressions analysis. The research results concluded accountability had positive effect on the public service performance, it had been proven with the implementation accountability of service performance. Likewise, transparency had positive effect on the public service performance. This happened, as the government administration was directly open to the public. As concequence, the information could be accessed any time by the public. The supervision also had positive effect on the public service performance as it had been proven with the effectively supervision.
