Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the finding dicision, the firm size, and sales growth toward the firm value wih the profitability as the mediation variable of the food and baverage companies which are registered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange. The study applies the multiple regression with 2 steps and the path analysis for the mediation variable, which the financial decision, the firm size, and sales growth are the independent variables, and the firm value is the dependent variable, and the profitability as the mediation variable. The study applies the purposive sampling for collecting the samples with certain considerations. The data of this study are the financial reports and the financial performance of the food and baverage companies which are registered in Indoneisa’s Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The result of this study shows that the firm size given positive impact to the ROA, the ROA and the DER give positive impact to the PBV, and the ROA is able to mediate the firm size to the PBV.
