Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of target, managerial competence, accountability, leadership and financial performance on government organization performance of Gresik district, East Java province. The research was quantitative. While, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument. The questionnaires were distributed directly to respondents. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 108 employees in 20 Local Official Organizations, Gresik as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. The research result concluded target as well as managerial competence had positive effect on government organization performance of Gresik district, East Java province. Likewise, both accountability and transformational leadership had positive effect on financial performance. On the other hand, accountability, transformational leadership, and financial performance did not affect government organization performance of Gresik district, East java province.
