PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA PERIMBANGAN DAN JUMLAH PENDUDUK TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH

Abstract

Since local financial management face a new era, the government is given the authority to regulate and develop their own area. Therefore, in arranging he plan, coordination and control; the local authority needs budget to fulfill all of them. Moreover, the development will be carried out continually so that it can improve the standard of living and welfare of the people in the area. This research aimed to examine the effect of Local-Owned Revenue, balancing fund, and total population on he local expenditure. The population was Manggarai district which consist of 60 samples. While, the research object was budget realization statement which was presented on the report on audit results of BPK and the total population of Manggarai district 2013-107. Futhermore, the research was quantitative with secondary data. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result concluded Local-Owned Revenue, balancing fund, and total population had positive effect on the local expenditure. In brief, the result supported all of hypothesis which had been formulated in this research.
