Abstract

This study aims to examine whether Economic Growth, Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds affect the allocation of capital expenditure budget in all regencies / cities in East Java Province. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method in the Regency / City of East Java Province during the 2015-2017 period in which the sample was selected based on predetermined criteria, then obtained a sample of 38 districts / cities with observations for three years so that the total sample in can is 114. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable Economic Growth, Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds have a positive and significant effect on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget in the Regency / City of East Java Province.
