Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of economic growth (PE), local-Owned Source Revenue (PAD), and
General Allocation Fund (DAU) on the allocation of the capital Expenditures (BM) in the Regencies/Cities of East
Java Province 2015-2017.
The research was descriptive. While, the dta were secondary which taken fromthe Regional Asset Financial
Management Agency (BPKAD) and the central Statistic Agency (BPS), Surabaya with total sample 114 budget
realization reports and 38 Regencies/Cities GRDP data Throught East Java Province. Moreover, the data collection
technique used documentation and literature research with quantitative approach. Furthermore, the data analysis
technique used multiple liniear regression.
The research result concluded the independennt variable which was referred to economic growth (PE) did not
affect the dependent variables which was referred to capital expenditure in East Java Province 2015-2017. The
independent variables which were referred to local Revenue (PAD) as well as general allocation fund (DAU) had
positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of regency/city which was referred to capital expenditure in
east java province 2015-2017.
