PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN AGRICULTURE

Abstract

This research is meant to examine the influence of financial performance to the stock return. There are 15 agricultural companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013 periods; 13 research samples which consist of 13 agricultural companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013 periods have been selected. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling. The dependent variable is stock return, meanwhile the independent variables of this research are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, and Total Asset Turnover. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the goodness of fit test shows that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, and Total Asset Turnover is the explanatory variables of the stock return. The result of the partial test shows that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, and Return On Equity do not have any influence to the stock return, meanwhile Total Asset Turnover has positive influence to the stock return.
