PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE DAN ARUS KAS TERHADAP KONDISI FINANCIAL DISTRESS

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage and cash flow on the financial distress at food and beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2017. Liquidity is measured using the Current ratio, profitability is measured using return on asset, leverage is measured using debt to asset ratio, and cash flows are measured using operating activities. While, the research was quantitative with secondary data namely company’s financial statement. Moreover, the data sampling used purposive sampling with a determine criteria. Furthermore, there were 48 samples from twelve food and beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2017. While, the data analysis method used logistic regressions analysis with SPSS program 20 version in addition, the research result concluded the profit had negative effect on the financial distress condition. On the other hand, the leverage liquidity and cash flow did not have any effect on the financial distress.
