Abstract

This research aimed to examine the implementation of Government Performance Accountability Report in describing the success and failure of activity program and evaluating the reality of implementation of its performance. While, the population was East Java Government agency of Civil Service Unit. The Sampling technique used interview and documentation. Moreover, for the data analysis technique, it used descriptive-qualitative in which the data were collected, managed, and presented in order to give complete and correct information of solving the problems. Government Performance Accountability Report was means of responsibility of success and failure in implementing the activity program. Furthermore, from the summary of performance outcome, it concluded the report of East Java Government agency of Civil Service Unit performance had been implemented economically, efficient, and effective based on the guidance of technical performance agreement, performance report, and review regulation of Government Performance report. This was based on the regulation of ministry of administrative and bureaucratic reform number 53, 2014. In brief, from the research result, it concluded the development of performance indicators of program and activity implementation was really needed. As consequence, the performance report was used to reflect the real performance reality.
