While, profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA). the research was quantitative and did not use purposive sampling. It meant, the sample was taken without certain consideration. Moreover, the population was LQ45 companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013–2017. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. In addition, there four independent variabels. The research result concluded the working capital turnover did not affect the profitability. It happened since the company did not use its working capital turnover effectively in every certain period. On the other hand, the firm size had positive effect on the profitability. It meant, a company with its large total asset was easier to have profits by developing the business, than company with small total asset. Meanwhile, leverage had negative but significant effect on the profitability. In other words, the companies would like to develop by having its debts. In contrast, receivable account turnover had possitive effect on the profitability. It meant, the more the company got receivable account, the higher profitability of teh company.
