PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PAD DAN DANA ALOKASI UMUM TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the economy growth, local own source, and general allocation fund to the capital
expenditure of district/cities in East Java in 2013-2016 periods. This research user quantitative paradigm. The
sample collection user purposive sampling method, with the amount of samlpe were 35 district/cities in East Java
in the periodsof 2013-2016. The secondary data of this research came from the Government finance office and
Local assets (BPKAD) in East Java province and the Local Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita it obtained
from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis
with SPSS program. Based on the analysis result it concluded that economy growth (PEK) gave positive and
significant effect on the capital expenditure of district/cities in East Java in 2013-2016 periods. Second, Local
Own source (PAD) gave positive and significant effect on the capital expenditure of district/cities in East Java in
2013-2016 periods. Third, general allocation fund gave positive and significant effect on the capital expenditure
of district/cities in East Java in 2013-2016 periods.
