Abstract

This research aimed to collect empirical proven related with the analysis effect of good corporate governance (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, independent commissionaire) and deffered tax on the equity cost in the sector of property and real estate. This object of this research used company in sector of property and real estate which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 – 2016. Based on the purposive sampling method it obtained 47 companies as sample, with periodsof observation for 3 years with 141 firm year. The analysis instrument used descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, model feasibility test, regressions analysis and hypothesis test. The result of this research showed that audit committee and independent commissionaire gave effect on the equity cost, meanwhile the managerial ownership gave effect on the equity cost and deferred tax does not have any effect on the equity cost. The result of RSquare (R2) was 0,126 or 12,6%, the equity cost could be explained by managerial ownership (KMA), Institutional ownership (KIN), audit committee (KAU), Independent commissionaire (KOI) and deferred tax(DTE).
